The results from studies indicate there is no change in the constant structure glide kinetics of copper across the 673 to 973K temperature range. The values of the obstacle strength parameter, g{sub o}, are in the range of 0.701 and 0.785, which is characteristic of medium strength obstacles such as forest dislocations.
